These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Rental Genset’s generator rental services. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from Rental Genset, you enter into a rental agreement governed by these Terms. This agreement includes the agreed-upon rental period, payment, and all terms specified in this document.

2. Rental Period and Extensions

Rental Duration: The rental period begins on the date specified in your order confirmation.
Extensions: If you need to extend the rental period, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply for extensions.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment Terms: Full payment or a security deposit may be required before delivery of the equipment.
Late Fees: Additional charges apply for late returns beyond the agreed rental period.
Damage Fees: The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

4. Use of Equipment

Proper Use: All equipment must be used for its intended purpose only and in compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
Operation and Maintenance: The customer is responsible for proper operation and routine maintenance (if required) during the rental period.
Prohibited Uses: Subleasing, misuse, or use of the equipment in hazardous or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

5. Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery: Rental Genset will arrange delivery of the equipment to the specified location. Additional fees may apply based on distance.
Pick-up: Upon the end of the rental period, Rental Genset will coordinate pick-up of the equipment. Equipment should be ready and accessible for collection at the agreed time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [specify time frame] before the rental start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability and Indemnity

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Rental Genset harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the rented equipment.

8. Equipment Condition and Return

Condition at Delivery: All equipment is delivered in good working condition. The customer is encouraged to inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
Return Condition: The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Fees may apply for cleaning, repairs, or replacement if the equipment is returned in damaged or non-operational condition.

9. Changes to Terms

Rental Genset reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
